We appreciate the feedback received and had already acted on ordering and implementing suitable solutions before this feedback was posted.<br>In the affected area, the carpet has been replaced with an appropriate floor covering which is much more suitable, easier to maintain and everything smells so much fresher now.<br>The lounge has also been changed around which creates even more room for activities and for those residents who enjoy the TV they can watch it without having to compete with the activities that provide popular resident engagement. Most importantly, the residents love the changes and they give the home a larger space with providing more engagement with our residents.
