Thank you for your comments Simon.<br><br>The bus transport is provided free of charge and we have offered you the option of taking a taxi, which you have declined.<br>Blankets are provided on the bus and have been offered to you to use.<br>Lunch is normally served within 15 minutes of our service users being seated, however, as you have mentioned this before, we always ensure your lunch is brought to you as soon as it is ready for you.
