Thank you for your comments.<br><br>Our staffing levels are determined by the dependency levels of the residents in the home and are reviewed by our General Manager on a continual basis.  The home is staffed to its full staffing complement and has no need to use agency staff.<br><br>Thank you for your feedback that our staff are excellent at the home. We value our staff and this is clearly shown in the fact that staff turnover at Lynde House is much less than the industry average.   <br><br>We are sorry that you feel that the refurbishment of the home as not a priority.  However the quality of our buildings and environment are of paramount importance and we are proud to reinvest in our homes.   The major refurbishment of Lynde House has been necessary to ensure all our residents are cared for in the best possible environment and this is set to continue over the coming months.
