We’re grateful for your feedback and are delighted with the positive comments and scores for the care and support we provide. We would also like to thank you for the constructive feedback and will arrange for the care home manager at the home to get in touch with you.  The home does have a shared minibus and there are regular trips planned.  Most recently we are looking forward to taking our residents on a trip to the Cathedral, and we also plan trips to the park for picnics as well as visits to the local pub and trips out to the garden centre.
