We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.<br><br>We thank you for your kind comments about the care your dad receives and are pleased to hear that staff communicate effectively with you regarding his care.<br>The Home has a robust cleaning schedule in place to eliminate odours and prides itself on maintaining high standards, there are on occasions times when a continence issue may arise which can result in an isolated odour.  Staff endeavour to ensure this is addressed in a timely manner and the area is thoroughly deep cleaned. We are pleased that you raised the issue regarding clothing with the Nurse in Charge as this was the right thing to do in order for it to be addressed at the time.  It is not to the standard we expect and we have relayed your comments to the whole team to ensure they are aware of correct process to ensure this does not happen again.<br><br>Thanking you again for taking the time to provide really helpful feedback about the home.
