Dear Susan<br><br>Thank you for taking the time to write this review.  I agree that the building does not lend itself to the vast expanse of new builds but it does more than compensate in the care and warmth of the service provided.  Sometimes, the many smaller rooms of interest to lend themselves to a more homely feel though as you have recognised yourself.<br><br>I am sure your review will assist others looking for a service for their loved ones.<br><br>Regards<br><br>Deborah
