Our inductions and training programs are rigorous, and can lead initially to a higher staff dropout rate, but we believe a better long term outcome. <br>Our aim is always is to retain the best staff and reward them appropriately. We only use agency to ensure we have adequate cover where unexpected absences such as sickness occur.  A happy stable permanent staff is our priority to secure a happy environment for our residents
