Thank you for your comments dated 15th June.<br>I am pleased that you feel there is an adequate choice of food as this is very important for the well being of our residents. Our kitchen staff work very hard to ensure we have a varied menu and to meet residents personal choices and their dietary needs.<br>Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the build quality. We do use sub contractors they are vetted through our estates teams and they do give feedback and monitor the quality of the work carried out in the homes.<br>To date I am unaware of any concerns regarding the quality of work from contractors, or concerns around fees, however we would be happy to discuss any such concerns if raised in the home or through our robust complaints policy, how to do this is displayed in the home.
