I am glad to see that in that you rated those areas excellent as well as care/support, that you were treated with dignity and the cleanliness of the home. I am sorry that we were not able to accommodate you in your room/area of choice for your short stay with us. Should you return for another period of stay in the future we will endeavour to meet your preference.
