The Aldbury is a dedicated care home for people living with dementia and, in some cases, a person with dementia may be entitled to receive NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding. I understand that in this case, CHC funding was initially granted but ended following a review. Please be assured that our fees reflect the cost of providing highly personalised care and are in line with our sector. Regarding staffing at The Aldbury, our staffing levels are acknowledged as being among the best in the care sector and there have been no staff shortages at the home.
