On occasions, all homes have to resort to the use of agency staff to support their regular team, these occasions are kept to the absolute minimum and where it is unavoidable we ensure that we use reputable agencies that can provide us with well trained and experienced staff. We do provide a varied and nutritionally balanced diet that has been developed to meet the needs and preferences of the residents at the home, we would always respond to any concerns raised quickly and look to adapt our provision to an individual’s particular preferences and tastes, however if we are unaware of these concerns we cannot take any action.<br>We would always choose to address any issues that arise during a stay at the home immediately if they are raised with us, however we are very grateful to see that overall the reviewer would recommend Wessex Lodge Nursing Home to others for future stays.
