We were disappointed to read the comments made by one of our longest standing residents, which we feel are quite unfair and do not reflect the hard work and attention to detail that goes into the work that we do.   All of our staff work extremely hard to provide high standards of care for our frail elderly residents, which is amply demonstrated by the many positive reviews we receive.<br>We openly welcome suggestions for improvements from all those using or visiting our services and we will of course discuss the issues raised by our resident and make adjustments where practical.
