Thank you very much for taking the trouble to review our home. You raise some important issues and Harbour Healthcare, as new providers of care in the home since 31st May 2016, really appreciate that these resident matters are highlighted. It gives the opportunity for them to be addressed with improved resident focused staff training and adherence to best practices in resident care.
