It is disappointing that Mrs Burke did not speak to either the Manager or the Quality Manager as both were in the building on the day of her visit.  Even more surprising that, in view of what she maintains occurred,  she did not contact the duty Social work Team to raise these issues and her concerns. <br><br>In view of this, the accuracy of the comments remains questionable and as no communication or comments were received on the day, the option to investigate is, unfortunately, no longer available.  However, to ensure complete transparency, we have passed these comments on to the residents placement Social worker.
