We were deeply concerned to hear about any aspect of our resident’s environment being anything other than spotless.  We pride ourselves on this and as soon as this was pointed out we immediately rectified the situation. We must reassure you that we take cleanliness very seriously as part of the ‘home from home’ environment that we work hard to create for all our residents.
