Ideal Carehomes appreciates all feedback about our homes and following your review, we have been in touch with the Home Manager to discuss the points you have raised and ensure they are resolved fully. Whenever possible, the entertainment is now rotated between floors, to ensure all residents benefit. A gardener has been employed to come in twice a week to look after the gardens and the home has many exciting plans and ideas to improve the garden areas for the residents’ enjoyment.
