We welcome all comments and suggestions from residents, family members and friends of residents.  These comments are used positively in order to improve our service.  For this review we are taking actions to improve our service for those residents of different ethnic origins, which will include activities, entertainment, food, etc. Our Home Manager is always available to discuss any issues personally in order to ensure the highest possible standard of care.
