Thank you for your kind comments regarding our staff at Moss View, they work very hard to ensure all our residents are cared for to a high standard.
Regarding your comment that at times you found the support of those residents with continence issues to be delayed, the home is currently reviewing the resident's continence management and liaising with the continence team to ensure our residents are receiving the correct continence products and that staff are supporting them correctly and promptly.
May I take this opportunity to apologise for this shortfall which we aim to resolve expeditiously to the benefit of our residents.
