We welcome all feedback that will help us to improve our services. <br>We are sorry that in this instance we have not been able to achieve excellence in all areas of this review of Scarborough Hall. <br><br>I W’s mothers bedroom is in the process of being refurbished as we were aware of there being a couple of areas for improvement in the appearance of her bedroom. The lamp has been replaced and we do ensure all of our rooms are furnished to the highest specifications with the resident’s comfort in mind.<br>In terms of the food & dining offered at Scarborough Hall, we have recently made some changes to our catering service to enhance our resident dining experience and have introduced a new “Spring and Summer Menu” offering a choice of appetizing and nutritionally balanced meals. The Scarborough Hall team seeks regular feedback from residents about the choice of meals served and this helps us to plan our menus, ensuring that all meals offered are appropriate for each resident. <br>If there is anything you would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact customercare@brighterkind.com or pop into the home to speak to me anytime.
