We encourage all residents to speak to us as soon as possible if they have any specific requirements and we advised that wi-fi availability is variable in different parts of the home with a stronger signal in the lounges and dining rooms. <br><br>We have a dedicated Activities Co-ordinator at Mount Pleasant which means our activities provision is diverse and varied. We encourage our residents to let us know their likes and dislikes, or if there is something they would like us to organise. The health, safety and wellbeing of our residents is always our primary concern and our staffing levels are met at all times, although it can take us a little longer to respond when staffing levels are slightly reduced due to short-notice sickness.
