Dear Heather, thank you for your lovely review. Achieving the highest standards in care is paramount to our friendly team at Brockhampton. Although we are not aware of any particular incident involving a slower response time to your mother, we do always have on duty an appropriate number of nurses and carers in the building to ensure our high standards of care are maintained. As you say in your recommendation sometimes emergencies do happen where a resident requires more staff to come to their aid, however our staff are very well trained to deal with emergencies and to quickly return to their non-emergency care.<br><br>Thank you once again for your recommendation.
