We’re grateful for your feedback and are delighted with the positive comments and scores for the care and support we provide. We would also like to thank you for the constructive feedback. We have recently reviewed our staffing levels and since our occupancy has grown we have put in additional support, particularly around busier periods. We would also like to assure you that our coffee shop is open every day to residents and visitors. There may be times when our hostess is unavailable to serve you directly; however, visitors are very welcome to help themselves to refreshments.
