This is an old review, related to a short term temporary manage and the manager was removed a longtime ago. The lady's grandmother was in our care home for 5 years. She was funded by ESCC Adult Social Care therefore; she was in a smaller room on the 1st floor for about 4 years. When she couldn’t walk Adult Social Care wanted to move her into a nursing home. But her daughter loved our care and services and doesn’t want her to move out of our care home and pleaded with us to keep her at Woodville. Therefore, we have made arrangements with Adult Social Care and district nurse to keep her at Woodville.  We never became nor moved towards business, during the care of her mother. When she was unable to walk, we gave her a room with one of the best facilities of the home, on the ground floor, without any extra charges (normally these rooms are for private clients).<br>You can see her daughter's review as well.<br><br>Currently, we have a new good experienced manager, as well as our experienced old same previous careers.
