Our staff at Four Seasons fully supports the encouragement of motivating our Residents to mobilise safely, if they are physically able and their medical condition allows them to. We aim to provide the necessary care, documented therapy input, based on the on-going support, assessment and expertise from the multi-disciplinary community physiotherapy teams visiting our residents here at Four Seasons Care Home. Since your mum has been at Four Seasons we have actively being working with the Community Physiotherapy Team who have visited your mom to carry out an assessment to define and explore your mothers mobility needs and abilities. The next stage of her rehabilitation will be dependent on the findings and results of recent medical investigations.<br>The Home manager operates an open door policy.
