Thank you for your review.  As the home has up to 70 residents at any one time, unfortunately the laundry requires a few days to return garments to the residents which you reflect in your review. The company have taken on board your comments regarding the garden and work has just been undertaken to level the patio area to make it a pleasant area for our residents.  <br>Thanking you again for taking the time to provide really helpful feedback about the home.
