Thank you very much for your feedback - I’m extremely pleased to hear your positive comments. I am particularly happy about your comments and ratings around the quality of care, although I understand you have some concerns regarding continuity of the care team. We do aim for continuity of care and have key colleagues allocated to each suite – however, to cover annual leave in the home we do at times rotate team members to ensure high levels of care across the home and maintain team levels.
In terms of the lounge we do have some other communal areas, including within the day club, which offer some additional areas to relax, take part in activities, and spend time with loved ones. We would be very happy to welcome you back should you have a need in the future for care and I do realise on this occasion you were staying with us as part of a respite requirement at short notice, should you have a need to stay with us again, we can certainly arrange a raised chair and toilet seat for you.
