We’re sorry to hear that mealtimes did not meet your expectations. We are more than happy to accommodate later meal times if necessary and wine is available from our kitchen upon request. In terms of cleanliness, we recognise that there was a period when our housekeeping was not meeting the high standards we expect at our home. We are pleased to confirm that this has now been resolved and a full and experienced housekeeping team is in place.
