It's great to hear that the care team were caring and helpful. Sorry to hear that you had to remind the care team that you had requested daily showers. With regards to the feeling that more staff were needed - our care home managers have full autonomy over staffing and ensure that we have the right number of staff on duty at any time in order to meet the care needs of the residents in the home. It's always possible to have 'more staff' but this does mean we have to increase our care fees, where fee payers are happy to pay more we are able to put more staff on the rota. This can all be discussed as a part of individual care packages with the care home manager.
