Thanks for taking the time to share your experience of Prestbury House.  It is always our preference to admit new residents mid-week, avoiding weekends and bank holidays where possible.  We do aim to be responsive to the needs of those who approach us for care, particularly those who need urgent assistance. However and sometimes, we will do our best to accommodate people at short notice or at times and dates that are suitable for both parties.  I’m pleased that the communication issues experienced at the beginning of the stay were resolved to your satisfaction and we will be delighted to help you again in the future should the need arise.
