"Thank you for your review. The mealtime experience in our home is very important and it is lovely when family members take part in this. However, I can assure you that all our residents, in particular, the ones who need extra assistance are always supported and encouraged to eat at all times. <br><br>With regards to activities, our dedicated activities co-ordinator works hard to provide a stimulating and varied activities plan each week, which is shaped by what our residents like to do, including group and one-to-one activities. That being said we do encourage residents and their loved ones to provide feedback if there is something they wish to do, so if you would like to discuss this further I would love to hear from you, my door is always open."
