“Thank you for your review and your comments about East Park Court being a friendly home. <br>“I can assure you that our laundry team return clothes to their hangers or fold them away neatly into drawers. Sometimes residents do go in and check their clothes or simply have a look for an item of clothing and this can often leave them looking untidy. <br>“We have a dedicated Activities Coordinator who provides activities in the mornings and afternoons, including group and one-to-one activities, as well as a range of entertainers. The television is simply on to provide choice as we do have residents who enjoy watching their favourite programmes. <br>“We really welcome feedback from residents and their loved ones so if you would like to see a certain activity taking place, or have a chat about anything else, then please do let us know – my door is always open.”
