Thank you very much for the feedback, we welcome all comments that will help to improve our care services. <br>Whilst there has perhaps been an unsettled time in finding strong leadership for the home, the new Manager of Birkin Lodge, is now in post. She is an experienced manager with a track record for improving care home services. She is very passionate about person centred care and in particular, activities based upon individuals preferences and individual goals. <br>Beverley has many short and long-term plans on where the service is going and will only be able to execute them by staying. Our manager operates with an open-door policy and is planning to discuss these plans at the next relatives meeting.
