I joined Prestbury House in May this year and I am sorry to hear of the issues you experienced in the past. Good communication among nurses, carers, support staff , residents, family and visiting professionals such as family doctors and social workers makes an important contribution to the quality of care we can deliver here at Prestbury House. I’m making it a priority to encourage our senior staff to spend a few extra minutes each day making sure they understand what life at Prestbury House feels like from the perspective of our residents and their families so that we can ensure our services are of the highest possible standard.
