This is an old review, related to a short term temporary manager and the manager was removed long ago. This reviewers  grandmother was in our care home for 5 years. She was funded by ESCC Adult Social Care therefore; she was in a smaller room on the 1st floor for about 4 years. When she couldn’t walk Adult Social Care wanted to move her into a nursing home. But her daughter loved our care and services and doesn’t want her to move out of Woodville Rest Home and pleaded with us to keep her at Woodville. Therefore, we had made arrangements with Adult Social Care and the district nurse to keep her at Woodville. We never became nor moved towards business, during the care of this resident. When she was unable to walk, we gave her a room with one of the best facilities of the home, on the ground floor, without any extra charges (normally these rooms are for private clients).<br>You can see the resident's daughter's (Nikki W) review as well.<br>Currently, we have a new good manager, as well as our old same previous careers.
