Updating care plans and recording details like our residents’ nutritional intake, any medication they have needed etc is a vital part my team’s role because it ensures we are delivering person-centred care to each of our residents.<br>I am delighted to say that this year Sanctuary Care successfully completed a pilot of using electronic instead of paper-based care plans in two of its homes and is currently in the process of planning how best to roll electronic care plans to all homes.
