We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.<br>In response to your concern, our home is currently undergoing lots of renovations and the bedrooms are included in this.<br>Some of our bedrooms have had new sink units in place and for these to be fitted correctly the existing tiles needed to be removed. We are aware that there are new tiles required and this has been raised with our property help desk and they have assured me the job is to be completed as soon as possible. <br>When I have a start date for this work I will speak to the family members and Residents it affects and keep everyone up to date.
