Thank you for your review of Park View Care Home.  We welcome all feedback and always use this to improve the quality of the home and service we provide.  I apologise that you felt the equipment we had was not suitable for you to use.  From the review, I understand the equipment was not available at the time so we have now invested in some additional equipment to prevent this reoccurring.  We record all the temperatures of the foods we serve which were all correct but in light of your comments I have asked our Head Chef to monitor our room service to ensure we maintain our high standards of meal service at all times.<br>I am pleased you found our staff and the facilities excellent as we always strive to provide high-quality care in an excellent environment.
