We are very sorry to read your review and comments relating to the poor care. Clearly, we failed this particular person. We have to balance the views expressed here with the very many positive reviews we receive, both on this website and from families who write to us, thanking us for the good care received over the course of YEARS. I understand that the person in our care who was with us for less than 12 hours, made it very clear she did not want to stay with us soon after arriving, and we cannot keep people against their will. However, we can understand the disappointment in our service as expressed here and can only apologise that we did not meet your expectations.
