We are very sorry Elspeth that you were not seen by the home’s GP. The home’s GP did actually visit and attempt to see you, but unfortunately, you were on one of our trips out. The home’s GP stated, after hearing the concerns from our Registered Nurse, that as you were finishing your stay on the Monday, it was okay to see your own GP and you wouldn’t need to see a GP before then, as the nurses within the home would be able to assist with the situation.
