I have noted your comments which you have made “There should be more attention to the needs of the residents upstairs and down".
As you are aware there are 3 lounges within Ash Grange Care Home, 2 large lounges are on the ground floor and a small lounge on the first floor. Care Staff are allocated to the upstairs and downstairs area which will include all 3 Lounges, the amount of staff will change throughout the day according to the needs of the specific residents within the Home. The Care Staff also give one to one care with individual residents throughout the day as necessary. When you were visiting some residents may have required personal assistance so Care Staff would be attending to them, however, they are very aware of other residents who require assistance and will attend as soon as they are available.
