Thanks for your review Mandy, I am disappointed that you feel that way. Regarding the staff to decorate the dining room, this was their choice and yes, I was consulted about this. I did tell them the staff did not have to do it but they wanted to. Regarding the monies for the residents, this is always available whenever they need it. <br>I am up at least twice a week but speak daily to who tell me everything that is happening in the home and the residents. We use branded tea bags and rich mountain coffee. I am always open to suggestions of what the residents like and if your dad likes a different brand of tea/coffee, I can always cater for him, as well I have in the past done for other residents.<br>The food shopping is done by myself in accordance to the menu, and I purchase from supermarkets and wholesale. All meat is from a butcher and vacuumed pack to keep fresh. I am happy to sit down with you and work out any issues you may have and talk about any improvements I can do to the home and it's culture for the better. Please advise the manager when you are free to discuss and I will come up on that day.
