All of our staff are valuable to us and one of our principle objectives is to have a happy and contented team, from the nursing staff to the domestic staff, so as to deliver high quality care in the beautiful surroundings we enjoy.  We have regular staff meetings to make sure staff have a platform to discuss any issues they might have in order to ensure that they are happy, to find solutions to any problems they might have or to make suggestions for the improvement of the home and the care delivered.
