Thank you, Cheryl, for taking the time to provide a lovely review especially at such a very sad and difficult time for you all. It is always nice for the staff and myself to hear how residents and families feel about the care we provide. We know that Nan was very loved by you all and we could not but love her too.  We recognise that we only have one chance to make sure everything is right when residents become so poorly. It is reassuring and heartening to know that you felt Nan and yourselves were well looked after. We will be very pleased to see you again at the home from time to time. Thank you.
