Dear Richard<br><br>Thank you so much for your words of thanks, such a wonderful review of the care given to your mother at Kenbrook.  I will share these with the team as I know your words of appreciation will mean so much to them.  I know how difficult it is to know our loved ones are so unwell they need nursing care and how it is such a relief when you know the staff really do deliver the care with such warmth.
