Ideal Carehomes appreciates all feedback about our homes and would like to assure you that in an emergency situation where transfer to hospital is required, residents are placed in the safe hands of highly qualified Paramedics. We always provide an escort when it is possible to do so, without leaving the home short staffed and therefore other residents vulnerable.  We contact relatives immediately so they can get to the hospital, should they wish.
