Thank you very much for your comments.  We appreciate all feedback and are pleased that you have commented positively about Gregory House.  I would like to reassure you that we do have a full complement of staff on each shift, however due to the increase in our residents’ dependencies we have taken the decision to recruit additional carers to cover a new 8-11 shift to help ease the busy morning period.
