We pride ourselves on the close and attentive care to our residents and are proud of the changes that have been implemented in the home to continue to improve our service and delivery of care. Every team member is a part of that delivery of care, be it care, nursing, hospitality, housekeeping, activities and administrative staff, and at all times our staffing levels are within guidelines as set by the CQC as well as in meeting Barchester's quality standards. We regularly hold Resident and Relative Meetings allowing everyone to share views and feedback and to ensure everyone is advised of any changes or developments.
