We are in the process of recruiting more staff to join the team, however we are waiting to ensure those employed are safe to welcome to the Juniper House team.

Your loved one’s care and wellbeing is our utmost priority. Doing my daily rounds as the General Manager, I can assure you that after a full investigation, new team members in housekeeping are being re-trained and supported to deliver to our high standard. Head of Housekeeping has been personally delivering the highest standard of service to this particular area of the home since we were aware of the situation.

The offending carpet is due to be replaced tomorrow. I can only apologise for the aroma caused while we have professionally tried to keep this to a minimum.

Sadly clothing items on our dementia floor do have a habit of finding themselves in other resident’s rooms due to the nature of the delightful personalities we are fortunate to care for. We are aware of this and on a daily basis return items to the correct residents, ensuring the lowest amount of anxiety is caused to those on their journey of dementia.
