Thank you for taking the time to review the care and services at Hilltop Court. You have perfectly explained how the happiness of a resident is totally dependent on getting to know that resident as an individual. It takes time and understanding and a little 'settling in' but our care teams are now experienced at getting to know our residents well and, if possible, speaking to families about how they can better get to know the newest resident in the home.
