We are glad you are happy with the home and the care delivered to your mother.<br>At Tenlands we are delighted to have extended our care bank staff to allow us to easily cover annual leave and any shortfalls in the staffing levels including maternity leave with our own well-trained staff and as a consequence, we have had new care staff commence in the home over the past few weeks. We are very happy to confirm we have had very few staff leave our employ.<br>HC-One aims to deliver the kindest possible care to all Residents, and we know how important it is to provide continuity of care with friendly and familiar staff members to support each Resident.
